I’m glad you found my website.

The goal of my photography is to make art that moves people! I try to capture the moment so viewers like you can have an “Aha!” moment, too. I want my photos to be as personal an experience for you as they are for me when I create them.

I shoot scenes that you can picture yourself in and feel part of the experience. My goal is to go beyond making pretty pictures. To me, a great photo isn’t just beautiful to look at, but also grabs you and holds your interest as a new experience.

If you have been moved by my photos, then I feel successful. Take a look around, I’ll be adding more images soon. For me, the creation of art is a joy, but the sharing of it is the icing on the cake.

I’d love to hear from you, whether it’s about buying a print, or just sharing what you feel when you see an image of mine. Send me an email and let me know if an image moved you.

Happy viewing!

Radio Friends with Paul Pepper.

One of my color photographs of Burano, Italy is hanging on the set of this Radio Friends with Paul Pepper show podcast. Paul’s shows are always informative, and this one focuses on a special art workshop at Access Arts and some good advice from D&H Drugstore. Thanks to Paul Pepper and the Columbia Art League for the photography exposure!

A newspaper article you may enjoy reading.

Here’s an article by a fine writer named Aarik Danielsen. Aarik is the features editor at the Columbia Tribune, and I had the good fortune to be the subject of this article.
